Product Description

InvoiceFlow is a downloadable Windows desktop software product for creating invoices, managing customers, storing item catalogs, sending invoices by email, and printing invoice booklets.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InvoiceFlow subject to the product terms provided at purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, redistribute, or share license access except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Delivery

InvoiceFlow is delivered digitally. Access instructions, download links, or license information are typically provided after a successful order through WarriorPlus.

Pricing

Prices, promotional offers, and launch discounts may change at any time without notice. Taxes, platform fees, or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are valid only if the license has not been activated, the purchase is a first-time purchase, and the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

• Eligible: license not activated, first-time purchase, request within 7 days.
• Not eligible: license activated, request after 7 days, prior InvoiceFlow refund, or chargeback without contacting support first.
• Renewals are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds may take 30-35 business days to process and the related license will be permanently revoked.

By purchasing InvoiceFlow, you understand and agree that the product is delivered immediately as digital content. You expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, by downloading or accessing the product, you may waive any right of withdrawal that could otherwise apply under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Updates and Support

Current version owners receive free minor updates when made available. Major version upgrades may be offered in the future at a discounted rate. Support is provided by email at contact@appesty.com.

Definition of "Lifetime"

When this website or product materials refer to "lifetime" or "lifetime use," that means the life of the InvoiceFlow product, not the purchaser's lifetime. The average supported life of a software product of this nature at this price point is approximately 5 years, although the actual product life may be shorter or longer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InvoiceFlow or this website for unlawful activity, unauthorized distribution, security testing without permission, or any activity that may damage the software, website, or related services.

No Warranty

InvoiceFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftTechHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use InvoiceFlow or this website.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest posted version on this website will apply from its effective date.
